The Rainforest Villas was conceptualised as a spa villa hotel and then packaged for sale as Homes. The DNA for Rainforest Villas was thus established from the basic module of the boutique hotel spa villa with private pool and wall enclosures for privacy. This became the basic DNA building block from which the other rooms and spaces of each house would be built around. Articulated house sitting minimizes earth-cutting whilst maximizing views, sun, winds patterns and privacy help bring the resort together. This cluster of 27 resort homes built up from the DNA of spa villas with private individual pools are then intertwined together by a network of landscaping, textured stone walls, and gates and meandering roads.
